On May 12 or 13 (2013) I got a galactic cosmology lesson… My Guides showed me an image included here.
Source is the center, that of course is the real Origin we all share.
From the center, the first ring of tiny dots are Celestial Beings, who have no physical form on any level. They have developed distinct consciousnesses so that communication with beings further from Source may better communicate towards Source, through these Celestials.
Next, moving in an outwards direction, are rings of light. These represent the Divine Matrix, where all manifestation becomes possible. Although this field is free from individuation, it is powerful, almost beyond comprehension.
Beyond the Divine Matrix, the ring of larger, transparent dots represent Astral Beings such as Angels.
Outwards from the Angels, the ring of smaller, more opaque dots, represent the progression of Individuated Beings, into greater and greater density. These beings all posses physical form, according to density, ranging from the spirits with subtle form to beings such as humans, with quite dense physical form. Our Galactic Friends dwell within this range too, and they vary in density from Angelic to Human, depending on “race” or “species”, and Soul Purpose.
The darker regions beyond the rings of dots represent a state so far removed from Source that individuation and sense of connectedness is almost completely absent. However, it was strongly pointed out to me to notice that light is present, to some degree, at all levels, and all are ultimately drawn to Source.
(For myself, I’m told that for the purposes of functioning and fulfilling my role in this lifetime, my Soul Origin is the Divine Matrix, because I appear at the request of others. That said, in terms of form and patterns of thought, it’s fairly accurate to say that my Soul Origin is Arcturian/Pleiadian/Sirian, with remembered origins on Lyra, with the first humans. My form is human (not hybrid), although in this human lifetime I’ve hosted (so far) three layers of “walking in”, when additional help has been needed from my Star families. I’m also told that I’m currently undergoing a fourth layer of “walking in”, due to a shift in needs at this particular time. This explains some of the sensations I’ve been having.)
A few months ago, The Crew asked me to create a 3D model in the SketchUp program. They thought it might help explain how dimensions, densities, frequencies, parallel universes, all that stuff works together.
I’ve procrastinated on sharing it because I reallywanted to make a video of it (and hopefully I will… someday), and I’d been having technical issues. However, I awoke this morning at 3:30 with a strong sense that this needs to get online.
So here is a series of images. I’ll leave it to you to absorb (and please ask questions if you like), and I’ll just share a few thoughts.
Consider that the curvy wave-tubes represent “worlds” that operate at a particular frequency and amplitude, so to speak.
To consider some variables in how these worlds may manifest differently, let’s look at some characteristics:
amplitude (the height of the wave’s diagrammatic curvy tube)
frequency (how far apart the peaks and valleys of the wave’s tube are).
width and thickness of the curvy tube itself: is it round, flat, oval, thick, thin…
the color of the wave
pattern that might occur along the wave (in these diagrams, look at the fat yellow tubes and the violet tubes, for example
Imagine that each wave also makes a particular sound…
You could also imagine applying variations in time. What if instead of a continuous line, we’re looking at a dot that merely travels that line, and it moves through all the possible points along that path?
Now imagine, what if these waves were sitting on a table top that was vibrating, shaking about… Or maybe the table top is following the path of yet another wave? Or a spiral?
Now that you have some idea of how complex this puzzle can get, here’s what The Crew would really like for you to consider.
Look at how the various waves intersect.
Some of the tubes (such as the green one), being very thin, represent a world in which beings appear within a narrow range of reality and experience. Say everyone thinks and feels the same way. So a green tube running in one direction might intersect a green tube running in another direction, and the people in those worlds might not realize that they are experiencing the meeting of two worlds.
Some of the tubes are quite vast (such as the white/violet one), encompassing a lot of area, and even have pattern on them. This could represent a world in which some beings might be alike, and others may be very different from one another. Just the same, they all share the same time/space continuum and are aware of one another’s presence. Same as with the green-wave world: When they meet from different directions, all still seems much the same.
What happens when two different kindsof tubes intersect, such as the green with the white/violet? It might only happen in a tiny spot, as in how tiny the green tube is, compared to the other tube. It only meets the fat tube in a little bit. That tiny intersection could represent a single person from the green tube meeting a single person from the white/violet tube. That person might tell one of his green-tube companions that the met a being from the white/violet tube. Do you think his green-tube buddies would have the same experience? What are the chances they would believe him?
What happens if some beings in some of the world-waves can jump from one wave to another?
Oh, like maybe in a space ship…?
Or maybe some folks have figured out how to do it without a spaceship?
How long do you think they could stay in another world? A nanosecond, just long enough to get caught on camera?
Or maybe for an entire lifetime…
What if one kind of being figured out how to appear in more than one wave at once… Even if only sometimes?
When we imagine ourselves as portable little specks, popping in and out of waves, over and over again, parts of a tremendous universe full of universes…
It starts to sound a bit like a multi-dimensional roller-coaster, eh?
Maybe it’s time to throw those hands up and enjoy the thrill… Once it’s over, we can go get back in line, try it again… Or just sit back and watch others…
These steps are suggested to help us gather information while we sleep. They came to me on April 22, when I was struggling with some frustration over feeling like things were moving in slow motion. I’ve found them to be incerdibly helpful so far.
1. Generate a peaceful mind. Demanding won’t work. Visualize yourself already knowing how to make these dream connections. This, of all the steps, takes the most practice.
2. Place the request to meet a Being of your choice. Hold the idea of a Being very loosely… Do NOT visualize. Prepare yourself to accept whatever arises, and TRUST.
3. Place the request to recieve information. Try to hold this in the most generic terms possible. Yet have a sense of [forth] the specific feeling you wish to experience when you return ‘here’. What will ‘accomplishment’ feel like?
4. If it feels appropriate, visualize the ‘golden cord’, from your Pineal to your High Heart, especially if your mind wanders while trying to do the other steps.
5. Consider your requests: where, who, what to discuss/learn, why to meet. Choose one as a priority, in case all requests cannot be met simultaneously.
I was chatting with some friends tonight, comparing notes on recent energies. I think we agreed: there’s something going on right now, and HAARP or something similar is probably up to some tricks.
So I’ll briefly share some techniques that might help dispel “Sheeple Syndrome” (feeling dull, numb, negative, unable to complete tasks or think positively, or unable to connect with your Guidance in the usual ways…)
Asking for help from your Guides is the easiest, most effective way to get out of a slump. Trust Them.
Generate an awareness of a pale lavender light bouncing from one side of your brain to the other, passing through the Pineal Gland or Third Eye.
Sit and watch a pendulum for more than 5 minutes, even if it does not move at all. Focus on the tip and intend to clear your mind, or focus on positive objects like gratitude and love.
Visualize a node at your Pineal Gland or Third Eye, and another at your High Heart Chakra. The node at the Third Eye is like a ping-pong ball of golden light; the one at the High Heart is like the drain in a sink, a vortex of deep purple light. Understand that a golden cord connects these two nodes. Watch the cord vibrate like the string of a musical instrument. Focus on this vibrating cord as you feel your energies organize and settle. It’s wonderful if you can do this as you’re falling asleep. While doing this visualization, try also holding an awareness of your Central Channel as a column of pink light extending from your Third Eye down to your Root Chakra.
Rely only upon positive thoughts; do not trust negative thoughts or emotions. That said, if you encounter negativity, do not try to engage or battle it, try to simply turn away from it. After all, it’s no more than a sneaky bully. It will get bored and move on.
Conversation with Iltheos, Konstantinos & Leslee, 24 February 2013
(First, a bit of explanation from Leslee…)
Before I share the conversation itself, I’d like to offer a little background info.
At the beginning of the conversation, Iltheos refers to my friend “Stephen”. I hope to be sharing more about Steve and his work soon; for now, I’ll keep it brief.
For years, Steve has been guided to build many devices, with the understanding that they somehow assist in the emergence of the New Earth. These devices work with energy in powerful ways. I’ve had the privilege of experiencing some of these devices first-hand, and since I don’t want to steal Steve’s thunder, I’ll just say that I find them amazing. He and his partner Susan have recently been asked to begin to share this work. Please check out their new site, “Portal of Lyra”… It’s still under construction, but if you “follow” it you’ll receive updates as they add more images and information about what’s going on.
Iltheos also refers to “Oracle”; I’ll also explain a little bit about this term.
“Oracle” refers to a collective of very ancient and advanced beings who have connected with several of us recently under a variety of “names”. Their energy is very pure and “unaffiliated”. They are so ancient and advanced that to try to describe them as a race, species, or even with a name is irrelevant, aside from the convenience it grants us as humans who still use words to communicate.
Oracle tell us they originated many aeons ago in Alpha Centuari, and evolved from the original bi-pedal creatures manifested in this universe by the Elohim. These original beings first manifested upon Lyra, and from them developed most star-traveling races we’re familiar with: Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Sirians, Orions, etc.
“Oracle” (the term) also refers to the same collective as the “Masters Of Change’ (which I’ve mentioned a little previously).
Iltheos shared with us that although we experience him as an Arcturian, he is also part of this collective, Oracle, as are some guides that many of us follow. Their ship “arrived” in our solar system in late January 2013, and at this time I understand their ship literally enveloped our planet, in a benevolent and protective manner. Oracle are building a New Firmament for us, a protective field for the planet, and they guide many of us in activities that assist this effort (whether we realize it or not!).
The image below depicts the way I have seen their “ship”. To give you an idea of its size, the blue sphere in the center is Earth. I understand that oftentimes when I travel astrally to places that appear to be planets or “Earthly” locations (rather than “ships” in the conventional “Star-Trek” sense), I’m actually going to this “ship”. I feel this may well be true for many of us.

During the first part of the conversation Konstaninos and I were having on February 24, I had been describing to Kosta these devices that Steve has been building. I shared how sitting with them had led me and other friends to receive some powerful meditations, visions, and messages.Now lets get to the conversation.
Iltheos let Konstantinos know that he wished to speak about this, and that started things. For the most part during this conversation, Konstantinos channeled Iltheos, but sometimes Iltheos popped back and forth between us.

Thus the conversation began:
First, a message for Stephen, about his devices.
He should continue doing things his way. He does very well so far, and all of these devices are very significant. There are more things to them than he currently knows.
(Leslee asked Iltheos about the crystal grids laid out around the device.)
The crystal grids are related to the Solar system. The crystal grid is a model of the universe, a simulation of the universe. Through these projects, (all of) you learn about the construction of your inner divinity and you learn that there is no separation between you and the space you think you’re in, no separation between your inner universe and the one you think is outside.
(Leslee asked Konstantinos two questions for Iltheos.)
(Question 1: About our Guides, when we sit and can feel their presence, but don’t really receive a specific “message”… can he please explain more of what that’s about?)
(Question 2: Why is it that our choices are sometimes not clear?)
Guidance is many things, appears in many forms and has many facets. By that, I mean that guidance can appear in words but also, in the form of silence. Silence is communication too, maybe a stronger communication than anything you have experienced so far in this lifetime.
The presence that you feel is energy. Words are a different kind of energy; they change and translate the energy.
So whether you hear or feel, you still connect with us or whatever you feel you’re connected with. When you feel, you see that you already have answers, no questions.While you feel us, you can understand more things in that very moment, which moment cannot probably be measured. You realize for that ‘nanosecond’ that you don’t have questions, but only answers, because you only FEEL. But when you try to adjust this very feeling into words, then the answers fade (like your dream memories when you wake up in the physical world) and questions start to arise.
Next question: Why is it that our choices are sometimes not clear?
Even the non-clarity is clarity itself in its own way.
(Leslee asked: Can you please explain further?)
Of course. You know the answers already.
Even if you know them, sometimes you feel that you have a not very clear situation which seems like a paradox. At the same time, the answer that you need at that very moment maybe seems dramatic, unclear, but that moment is exactly what you need to experience, in this moment.
This yearning that you feel in your need to receive a little more is part of that unlimited power that you call “will”. So while you are moving onto this path as seekers of your personal truth and guidance, you discover, even if you don’t realize it consciously sometimes, that whatever you experience is an answer that is consisted from codes, and this series of answers wait for you to be un-coded, from your actions.
In a few words, you ask to receive. Well, in this moment of change, most of the times you have to act in order to receive.
Of course sometimes some of you may say that you are afraid of the drama, but as you experience specific moments of your life, this is also an action in itself. You are choosing to experience it as drama. And so a result will come from this action too…
These results are the codes that wait for you to solve them, in order to move on.
These messages are meant for the Heart, not the brain, because the New Man that arises, the man that moves on to the Adulthood, will not have a mind any more.
But of course by this doesn’t mean he is going to be stupid. What We mean and what I mean, is that your Heart will be your new Mind. We are all part of a bigger being, and so with Oracle.
(Leslee asked: Do you suggest another word besides “Oracle”?)
To a specific degree it is accurate.
It is not random that the heart is the thing that gives life to your body, transfers life through your blood. And so, this Heart (and I mean the one with capital H) is the one that gives and is going to give you life, which includes, among many other things, intelligence.
This great Heart is the one that will be the only thing that you will ever need. You won’t need for anything more than this. Name it “Guidance”, or whatever else you think is your problem at that very moment, and your Heart will be your shelter and center.
We’re done for now.
(Leslee observed: What I’m seeing is that what much of what arises for me right now is so that I can learn the skill of making choices from the Heart. Yes?)
Yes. But not through conflict.
(Leslee asked: What does that mean?)
(At this point Iltheos connected directly with Leslee.)
It’s not a CONFLICT between Mind and Heart. It’s like a growth, maturation. Ripening, blossoming, reaching of fullness… It’s the SHIFT – that is the shift that you are making right now. You are learning what groups you resonate with, you are finding your families; this is like a huge Gathering.
This is the new way of receiving information, by coming together in groups, even if it is just 2 people. You will NOT receive all the info you need unless you do this. It’s your next step to 5D. You have to learn this step before you can move forward, and this is why there seems to have been a stopping of energy flow since 12/12/12.
Once you accept that this is the next step, you will accelerate your journey, your path, tremendously and profoundly, and through this, you will find great joy.
(Leslee asked: I’m to draw what I saw of earth & ships, yesterday?)
That’s only one piece. Konstantinos has the other piece. I will show it to him.
(Leslee: I need to do my piece first. That’s why I need to go, so I can draw.)

What you saw during your trip, while in the sky, is part of the things that you were feeling that you needed to experience, lots of times before.
(Leslee asked: They were ships?)
Yes, they were ships. Their essence was pure light. They met your light at that very appropriate moment. This energy was waiting for you to be in the sky.
(Leslee: It was like they were waving.)
Yes.
(Leslee asked: If people ask what kinds of ships they were… It’s important that they NOT have a name?)
They do not need a name – does the Infinite need a name, even if you use a WORD for it? And that’s part of the point.
(Explanation from Leslee: Below is a sketch of one of the Light Ships I saw north of Las Vegas on 18 February 2013, while the jet I was traveling north in was passing an area east of Quartzite Mountain. I saw 3 similar ships during the span of about 10 minutes. They all appeared among the clouds as very narrow slits of light that became brighter and brighter until almost blindingly brilliant, and then faded gradually back into the hazy clouds that were hovering between the two mountain ranges. It almost looked as if the sky was being peeled open and another sun was blazing through a tear in a veil… But as they faded, they held a shape like a very thin strip, transforming from the very bright strip to a light strip, finally to a distinct lavender streak in the clouds, and eventually disappearing.)

(Leslee asked: What about the clouds I saw afterwards? The lenticular clouds. When I saw them, I knew they were not ships, and I felt disappointed and confused, because so many people feel these types of clouds are ships. I don’t want to tell them they are NOT ships!)
These (particular clouds that you saw after the ships) were not ships, but they are an expression of the infinite beings’ work that they are doing – and we are doing now. But sometimes they are ships, just not in that moment.
(We should not assume they are always ships.)
(Explanation from Leslee: At this point we were talking about lenticular clouds that I saw after the light ships. There was a series of 5 of them, all aligned at the same height in the sky, above the mountains. As we flew around them, their shapes shifted and I could see how unseen forces were molding the clouds, sweeping them up and around. Energetically, on the one hand they “merely’ felt like clouds of water vapor; on the other hand, I could feel very strongly that they were being actively manipulated by forces other than air currents. It was very profound, to me, to be flying alongside them at that height. I sensed at that time that someone was very happy I was airborne, and that flying – even in a jet – opened new energetic doorways for me.)
(Leslee commented: About the images of the ship of “Oracle”, that I saw when I was meditating yesterday. I got a very strong impression of how the crew was on the ship.)
The ship are them and they are the ship.
(Leslee asked: About the diagram that I was asked to begin a couple weeks ago, showing wavelengths and frequencies and amplitudes, and how they weave together and intersect, and that at the point where things intersect, then we see through multiple “dimensions”. That diagram – is it finished?)
It is finished. It is time to share it, yes.
“Particles and Waves”, an image illustrating how energy and matter converge, intersect, overlap and interweave
[Another explanation from Leslee: I was asked several weeks ago to produce a 3D computer generated model depicting how waves and particles intersect and interweave, as a device to help people visualize the possibilities that arise regarding energies and particles meeting and overlapping. This image is a snapshot from that model, showing several different waves woven together. They vary in color, amplitude, frequency, and intensity… And perhaps you can see how, even beyond that, some appear like very tiny tubes while others flow like rivers. And pattern adds yet another dimension to their characteristics. It’s my understanding that when we have experiences of multiple “places” or “dimensions” simultaneously, we are peeking in at one (or more) of these points where different phenomena converge.]
(Leslee explains: I asked next about a legal notice I received recently, and my confusion about how to respond. In my heart I know that I should ignore it and allow it to unfold, but that seems so contradictory to what “society” expects. I feel expected to take action, to respond, to defend my position. Yet I also see how much energy that would take, and what a distraction it would be.)
Let the lawsuit go.
It is a chance, not a problem, to show how you really cannot be harmed by the old system.
(It’s part of what I volunteered for in this lifetime.)
It will end well. You have been through this before … And through these experiences, you have met beautiful people, made many friends… These challenges are like a mere shadow, a black smoke, so blow it away.
(Leslee explains: Related to this, I next asked about OPPT. Meanwhile, Kosta was thinking to himself that he wished he had the money to help me, when suddenly he said, “Wow, that was like being thunderstruck!” Here is what Iltheos said to him.)
“But can’t you see that if you help her, you would condemn her? Her power lies in this experience, so it must be embraced.”
Share this with others. Many others are in a similar situation. This will help the OPPT get finished, completed, and then enough people will use it so that it becomes real.
It’s a paradox, a contrast, two opposites co-exist. This information – OPPT – is there for everyone to see and think about, and for some people they will not choose to see it. It’s like not asking for help.
(Leslee explains: This confirmed what I had been receiving/seeing, and what Oracle had said last night: That I need to learn more about OPPT, become involved in that process, and put it to use in this situation that has arisen for me. This is part of the bigger role I committed to play here in this lifetime.)

To wrap up this rambling post, I’ll add that after this conversation, I received some much-desired clarity about several topics in my life. In particular, I had been wondering what the heck was going on with some of the changes I’m experiencing. I could not tell if I was being “tested” in some ways, or being given subtle hints about how to move forward. Contemplating the guidelines Iltheos offered help me to see things more clearly and peacefully, and for that I’m quite grateful.
This post has taken a while for me to prepare. I wanted to be sure that Stephen approved of the content, and that my words matched Kosta’s understanding of Iltheo’s words. On top of that, it covered so many topics that I’ve been subsequently “distracted” by trying to understand how the pieces fit together, and what additional information I might need to provide, or sketches I might need to make.
It seems to be an on-going work. However, today seems a good day to post the results so far. I’m quite sure there will be more posts that talk about everything from OPPT and related topics to Light Ships, the Firmament, Oracle, Masters of Change… and on and on and on. My head is also spinning with the more vivid dreams I’ve been having in the past few weeks.
I/we hope these ideas inspire you, or perhaps bring new helpful information into your sphere of thought.
It’s very fuzzy and atmospheric (which is probably perfect!), yet I think gives a nice big-picture tour of what I’ve been shown of Abiquor, and been able to convey into the model, since last summer.
I’m also adding some more detailed stills from the model at the end of this post. I’ve toyed with the idea of whether to “label” the various “buildings” as I understand them… And I decided that people may “see more” if I don’t say what I thinkthe images represent.
Several folks and I have seen additional bits of Abiquor (and/or other Cities of Light) since I’ve had time to work more in the model, and I think this is wonderful! One thing I’ve always sensed about Abiquor is that it is both “real” and fluid, both already manifest AND yet emerging…
Over the past month, I’ve been seeing more and more examples of how when we work together, we see more than when we work alone.
So I hope this video will spark some inspiration for you!

(As December 21 approaches, I wish to receive… It feels odd to have no questions, no expectations. Yet I know it is not “normal”: these energies, these impressions, are very vast, profuse, and magnificent. They are also very profound yet subtle. I know they are there… no need to question or prove or establish. And this is my new world. A world in which these [atom] things are openly observed, honored and acknowledged.
(I feel this will not be a Q&A session; I hear “We are beyond that. Guidance becomes integrated with being. Questions arise when clarity is lacking. As we ascend, clarity becomes a natural state.”
(So, in a state of un-ascended confusion, I ask: How can we say that Earth/Gaia/Terra is ascending, that we are in “another dimension”, as if there “will” appear clear boundaries, such as then/now, before/after, 3D/4D/5D, good/bad, free/imprisoned, kind/mean, selfish/giving…)

If [bush] we ask “Why does this [railroad] happen?”, or “How could anyone do such a thing?”, then the only answers are within oneself. The only answers. No answers exist outside ourselves; no guides exist outside ourselves.
Each of us is our own – and only – salvation, blame, credit and fault.
Everything we see, feel, hear, taste, smell and touch arises from our perceptions, and our perceptions arise from our minds.
If we wish for December 21, 2012 to arrive and herald in a time that includes leaving, cutting off, disappearing that which feels unpleasant to us, then let’s please ask ourself why we wish to abandon, cut off, destroy or ignore a part of our own self? What compels us to turn our back on ourself?
If we wish for December 21, 2012 to bring us prosperity such as we feel we have never experienced, [worried] peace from oppression that we feel bears down upon us, and benevolence from authorities that have controlled us, then please let’s ask ourself to look for what choices we made, throughout our many manifestations and lifetimes, that led us to these states of “separation” and “uncaring”.
If we hate the “government”, then we hate ourself.
If we shake our heads bitterly at “inconsiderate people”, we despise ourself.
If we sit quietly and look to understand what pain and confusion could lead “others” (ourself) to hurt us and others (ourself), then we may proceed to understand and accept more deeply.
In this way, dates on a calendar become simply that. [was] The shift we wish to experience comes from within, and from within each of us, as we reunite and converge and re-assemble our intentions together.
We brought ourself to this state over the span of many experiences. Our return to peace may [point] occur in an instant, or we [southern] may choose to experience it as a process that takes aeons. It is our choice.
Great patience transforms into profound realization.
All we possess is our own awareness, in this very moment. We hold the key to power when we accomplish this understanding.
This post has been several months in the “making”.
In late July of 2012, Rhonda first contacted me about ships and crews and beings. We exchanged a few emails, and acknowledged that we felt a strong connection.
I was immersed in preparing for the Transformation 2012 Conference in Pagosa Springs, CO, which soon expanded into planning to move house to Pagosa.
When I heard from Rhonda next, I was returning to Atlanta from the Conference – I think I was somewhere in Texas or Oklahoma when I received her email. She attached a photo to the email, and I glanced at it for a moment. I thought she had mistaken a lens artifact for a “Galactic Being”, and the thought of replying got lost in the chaos of my packing and moving.

…During the eclipse in May I took tons of pictures on my iPad. I never looked at all of them that good. Last night I was outside looking at the sky asking why when I believe in them and I am out side every minute I get day and night….why the heck they don’t show themselves to me.… I talk to everyone that will listen….”why have you not shown yourselves to me”. Low and behold look below…right under the sun.
Months passed, I got somewhat settled in Pagosa, with the nagging notion that I should reply to Rhonda. I just didn’t know what to say. Then in November, she wrote again:

I took a series of pictures during the eclipse in May 2012. I didn’t look at any of them at the time. In August I had a heart to heart conversation with the evening sky. I kept asking the galactics to show themselves to me. After all I share their existence with everyone, I believe with all my heart and I have followed every directive I have received….even to the point of relocating. I have been holding the light in a state that doesn’t feel open to it. My family is starting to look at me cross-eyed. Blah blah blah
The next day I received a call from someone back home asking for a picture of my dog. As I was flipping through my iPad I noticed the being in this picture. I have never felt so humbled and blessed as I did at that moment.

However, as I looked at the photo again tonight, my jaw just dropped. I totally did not see the being before! Back in August, all I saw was the little blue dot, and I thought, well, that’s just a lens artifact… But now I see her (I feel female energy – what do you read about the being?), and she is so very beautiful, and I saw her in meditation yesterday!
It looks like you have not been sent an invitation to author at Spirit Train Chronicles, and I’m assuming that is where you would like the photo posted – is that correct? I’ll send you an invitation now, and please see if then you can make a post. I’d rather have you be able to make posts when you like, and I’m sure folks will enjoy hearing more about your experiences. Several of my friends have been talking lately about how frustrated they are not to be able to see our “invisible” friends, and I bet they’ll be VERY encouraged by our photo and story!
I’m sitting here smiling at so many things that have happened to me in the past few days, and realizing that it is no accident that I missed our little friend when I first saw the photo. It seems there is a time for everything.

Frost forms on things from which the life force has been withdrawn. It also requires moisture (which nourishes) and coldness.
Minds/hearts/spirits/souls also freeze when they cease to flow with living spirit. Life in this “place” flourishes when we embrace its constant flow and change.
[disappear clearly complete] To “Ascend”, to some, will mean to disappear completely from this world, to dissolve into Clear Light. [pocket] To others, it will feel like being tucked away safely into the pocket of a beloved guide’s coat. To others, it may seem that nothing remarkable has happened. Another year, another day, another dollar.
[solid what] The more “solid” and concrete this world appears, [Peter] the less change will be experienced, the more questions will be asked, the more answers will be expected or demanded. The more disappointment. [scene] The more we are able to view this “place”, this “life” as a mere scene in a play, the more readily we will experience “Ascension”.
[pink] Arcturan, yes. Just another being like you? Yes. This is part of the lesson. [ants] Those on Earth, with slower frequencies, [limited wooden father observe France] experience the limitations and delights of physical form [writing swing]. Those with [active] faster (”higher”) frequencies [canal (channel) finger than], whether on earth or elsewhere [shape], have the luxury of being able to watch [twice] what transpires [difference door] at slower frequencies, just as a human is able to watch a rock or a plant, while the rock or plant may not perceive the human directly. Some humans can perceive or sense the changes in the rocks and plants; some behold them as inanimate objects.
What does this have to do with our connection? It depends on who you want to talk to. If you wish to connect with beings who are most able to see “All”, They will most likely give you explanations that pertain to your making progress in an ultimate sense.
However, just now, you have asked again, “What about ‘Bye Ya’, ‘A’BeyaSufa’, ‘Assalara’…? What does this have to do with ‘her’?” So, the beings from such very rapid frequencies recede like a tide, to allow the waves of this one consciousness to lap at the shore of yours, and together we will see what we “see”.
I perceive that this being knows we want a “story”, an explanation, so “she” is adjusting her radiance to accommodate that. In her kindness, she happily adjusts to work with us (just as we adjust to work with others, too). We can refine our focus to “plug in” to her consciousness and absorb her understanding and knowing from her. She can focus her intent in order to give us likewise images and words we can share with others.
Assalara prefers not to use words, but as we meet and connect, words will serve a purpose, so we will receive some.
She’s not truly “Arcturan”, in that during this manifestation, she has not spent time on Arcturus. However, her affinities most closely align with beings we call “Arcturans”, so this term is convenient and acceptable.
She is hovering, smiling, wafting around and caressing, and wanting me to find the words to describe what I sense.
In terms of “genesis”, rather than a sense of “time”, she has a sense of “beingness”. She holds awarenesses, simultaneously , of manifesting in countless ways. And yet each manifestation carries elements, aspects, attributes, that function together, in interacting with our intellect, to “place” that manifestation within a “time” and “location”.
For now, this dainty little light body offers believability, beauty, and playfulness. These make “her” an attractive companion, and this appeal allows us to receive her gladly and welcome her gifts.
She offers us insights more than information. She prefers imagery and a sense of sound (music) over words (especially written words). She wishes to convey understanding that we can experience deeply and personally, in ways that we can integrate into our sense of self.
She feels that is enough explanation for now; more will be sent “at different times”.
Now she wishes to focus on conveying, showing, a message that may help many people.
She’s asking me to direct my attention to the frost on my window. It is a painting by Gaia that tells the story of this universe. She’s asking me to refer also to ice photos I took on Thursday (15 November 2012). There is a hard, cold edge, against which the ice begins to form. Against which it becomes solid. This is what we call 3D (which by the way is a silly term, but adequate). From the solid edge of definition – of certainty – spring profiles and edges suggesting mountains or flower petals. Seemingly solid and concrete, but constantly (if imperceptibly) changing. The crystals fan out in clusters… at different angles, densities, thicknesses.
(Yes, we know these words feel awkward and constricting to you… This is what it is like for us to try to communicate with most humans. The more “we” have to use words, the less is understood clearly and deeply. One goal is for humans to learn to “hear” with their inner senses all the better… Floods of impressions show you far more efficiently. This is the illustration we’ve been working towards all week. Words are control devices. Concepts impose limits. Can you feel this now?)
Okay. For now, back to words. You can only write so fast, and we do want you to share this.
Back to the frost, the solidification. The further from the cold hard edge, the lighter, the more gracefully and blissfully form the crystals. Eventually they appear like a sprinkling of blossoms. Then they melt into drops of dew, and soon they will evaporate once more into the air. And so on.
When evening comes again, or the cold approaches in whatever manner, the water molecules will gather again, in different groupings. Perhaps some which frosted your window last night will next frost your neighbor’s window. They will combine differently, into a new pattern, at a new place and time. And for that time during which they are frozen, they will are quite still. When they become vapor, they will drift invisibly, and somewhat freely.
Most of us on Earth are like the crystals at the rippled edge. Some of us are beginning to melt into dew, and some cling fast to the cold hard solid window frame. Some beings, like Assalara, hover atmospherically near the pane of glass, playfully.
“Ascension”, in this way, may be understood to resemble melting, evaporating, or even sublimating into quanta. This is the choice each of us is free to make. The sun will rise, the light will hit the window. Whether we cling to the firm edge or drift into the aether depends on the characteristics of our “vibration”, our radiance, and that arises from our intent.
In the coming weeks, months, years, planetary and other energetic alignments will infuse your lives with energy that will fuel the fire of whatever intention you carry. If you hold awareness of a cycle or waves of activity, that is what you will experience. If you focus your attention inward, you will find the answers you seek.
Assalara dances alongside you, to remind you that this is just one night’s dewfall.
Now she wants to share with you (vwhoompf! …back down to 3D…) why you are in Austin. First of all, you may leave soon if you like. It will help many people, though, if you and your family can stay on that line until the end of 2012. Think of your entire family as a magnifying glass that focuses sunlight onto a dry leaf. Your presence in Austin, like Leslee’s presence in Pagosa and her son’s presence in Atlanta, is helping to amplify energies that serve to bring things to a tipping point. This is part of the connection you two share: you’re here to polarize, in this lifetime. Being present is sufficient.
I was sitting yesterday with a piece of sheet quartz and Ghost Radar (receiving Adca’s words for me), and of course the pendulum, and I was guided to a spot in the crystal that showed me this face.
As I began drawing, I understood that this is a female Arcturian being who was one of my Teachers in Tibet in
several of my previous lifetimes. Her Tibetan name is A’maSa (Mother Earth), and her Arcturian name is Fa; I’m told that she is still living in Inner Earth, under the Himalayas. I understand that there is much more to learn from and about her…
After “meeting” Fa, I was also guided to read a little about Hopi beliefs about Sipuku, Inner Earth, and how we move from one world to the next (from the related Wikipedia articles), and it feels like there are several threads being woven together at this time. Native American, Tibetan, Egyptian, Inner Earth, Aquatic Realms, and Star-Family… I’m sure there’s much more to come!
(I’m creating this post on 9 December 2012, as I’ve realized that although I shared this information about Fa/Ama’Sa with a few friends via email, I had not yet posted it publicly. Fa is proving to be a quite lovely connection for me, and I’m learning she and Theron have very close ties.)

Now that we’ve connected this way, [range] there’s much we can communicate about. The hardest part about remembering to communicate telepathically [theory cloud] is allowing oneself to acknowledge how easy it is.
So much of everyday thought (reflection) is essentially telepathic communication. It may seem particularly challenging between us (Theron & Leslee), because my knowledge of your language is nearly identical to your own. This makes it easy for you to assume that you’re merely hearing your own thoughts.
In a way, that’s precisely what’s happening, because for those of us in very close circles, the thoughts we share are just that: shared.
If you recall how many hours you spent learning to trust your pendulum dowsing, that reflects how deeply your own self-doubt prevented trust. Then it took you nearly another year to trust working without a chart… And now, after nearly 3 years, you’ve noticed that you don’t mind going [factory] out without a chart in your pocket, and sometimes you even leave your pendulum behind [city].
And that point arrives nearly 14 years after you/we nudged you most forcefully open, and that after… well, a lifetime… [pattern they dust agree distance] of feeling like you were stumbling around blindly and alone. The good news is that we’re actually “ahead of schedule”.
So let’s share some salient points with our friends who want to know more, who wish to feel more confident about their telepathic abilities [close].
For now we’ll share some [imagine Jane] indications of progress and [further under] some steps that people may take [fly] to help themselves along [Dutch].
Indications of Telepathic Progress

2. You begin to look for methods.

Some Suggestions Intended To Help You Make Progress With Your Telepathic Abilities:

a. Get to know your own energy body (meditation, yoga, relaxation, exercise, energy work, sexual activity…). Pay close attention to sensations and how they “move” and change.
b. Get to know your own mind. Be honest with ourself about your motivations (meditation, journaling, dream work, making requests for help). Improve your concentration.
c. Refrain from judging yourself and/or others. Learn to identify judgement in its subtle forms.
d. Take notes so that you’ll notice your progress. Re-read them when you feel so inclined.
e. Look closely at what you “receive”, for consistency and benefit/meaning. Hold some vigilance so that you can learn to detect sources of information and distinguish them from one another. Follow and pay attention only to those with a clear purpose that, to you, feels beneficial.
f. When you feel inclined to share what you’ve received, check your motivation again. Is it helpful, or just interesting/anecdotal?
g. Learn to distinguish between “material” that’s intended to help you gain confidence and [promised] that which may be useful to others.
h. Give freely, expect nothing in return, and visualize yourself – constantly – in abundance, peace, and happiness.
i. Request help constantly, and be willing to accept whatever arise for you.
j. Understand that your connections come through the heart. The brain merely translates.

Yes. This is [everybody] Theron, [slightly] speaking on behalf of the team. [layers] Kosta’s names (for the Pleiadians) will [sort] suffice. [chapter] We are closely related with those Robert L knows, and that Kosta drew. We are all connected.
However, we in particular are located very near [strong] where you are right now. At least our base is. You could find it if you searched, but we would prefer you use your time in other ways. Please complete the tasks regarding U25 and BUTTA today/tonight, before you sleep. If you have time today, please also complete a portrait sketch that I will give you when you are ready.
Robert agreed to his story well before his birth, as did his father understand all of their roles well. It took some prompting [hat] to remind Robert, but once we connected, he followed through precisely, just as you have.

Leslee, you have followed all your cues perfectly, with the exception of your remembering too much too soon when you were very young. There is no fault there, it has simply made some things more difficult for you, and not everyone involved was willing to re-negotiate their own terms in order to help you. However, the convergence of several possible paths approaches swiftly, and when that meets, many paths will align and things will smooth for you. It is critical that you visualize this deeply. The same applies for anyone who wishes to keep their contract on course and clear.
Your agreement is to show less conventional ways of making contact with us and others, as well as to illustrate (by example and images) some types and levels of beings with whom contact is possible.
Yes, this is to help with discernment, and yes, even though the end of the year approaches, there is still much to show and explain. Our work will extend far into the new year, the new age, and it will certainly be on-going.

We will give you more specific personal instructions about your circumstances. For now, we will share these, which will also apply to many in similar situations. These suggestions will resonate with those for whom they are intended.
For those who feel their lives and efforts towards “Ascension” have been put “on hold” due to their external circumstances, here are some suggestions for conserving and directing your personal energy in ways that will benefit yourself and others, in the past, present, and future.
In your “worldly” work, keep things simple, avoid ambition, fulfill your responsibilities, yet do not invite more than is required.
In your social interactions, remain centered and grounded. Focused interactions are most rewarding and fulfilling, so look for a few true friends. Personal resonance is more enriching than shared interests, so pay close attention to subtle energy exchange. Look for balance and respect in this exchange. Lovingly release that which does not nourish you. You can help everyone through visualizations and meditations, and this is enough for those outside your closest circles.
Exercise regularly, with nature if possible. Gaia loves to engage in conversations with those who care for her deeply.
In addition to close friends and Gaia, maintain regular contact with the other guides and friends you love, who may not be currently appearing physically before you. Remain open to new contacts, and to deeper levels of contact with those you already recognize.
Trust your path, and visualize regularly that which you wish to see manifest.
Do what you can to be kind and considerate to others.
Recently, Mark Kimmel asked that I check to see if I could receive anything about the interiors of Abi-Qor. Between attending the Transformation 2012 Conference in August, and then moving here to Pagosa a couple weeks ago, my mind has been so pre-occupied that glimpses of Abi-Qor seemed quite elusive.
Then, two Fridays ago I had a beautiful dream visit to Abi-Qor… As I was writing the dream into my journal, it occurred to me that the dream illustrates some of the interiors of Abi-Qor! Good things do come to those who wait… Another wonderful aspect of the dream is that it not only illustrates some spaces in Abi-Qor, it also shows some of the ways we’ll interact and live our daily lives once we’re there. I found this to be truly delightful and encouraging!
Adrial made this request as I was writing: ”Share what you learn that leads to advancement and deep thought and exploration, rather than sensational or remarkable experiences.” (I think this may be general advice She’d like for us to receive.)
In the dream I appeared with a physical body, yet was accompanied by a lover, a celestial whom I perceived energetically rather than physically. That in itself raises a LOT of questions in my mind – now, how does THAT work?
Another note I’ll make is that I only realized I was in Abi-Qor once I awoke… so I’m holding up a wish to experience more lucidity next time I visit this way!
So here’s the dream:
I entered a wonderful bakery/café with my family. High ceilings, a warm friendly space & décor, and wonderful smells & beautiful pastries greeted us. We all got in line and made our selections, telling the cashier, and then we received our pastries on plates.
As I moved along the line, the two of us (my lover and I) were smiling and enjoying thoughts of how delicious a chocolate croissant would be… These were like long rolls, gloriously golden… I began to break off a piece, and then remembered/was reminded by my partner that these were for display, and the server will give me a fresh one.
Then, just as we approached the cashier, an almond croissant appeared, and it’s aroma was so enticing I was about to change my mind… I thought, “Wow, a chocolate and almond one would be exquisite!” and as I looked around, I see that just that has been manifested, on a large wooden board nearby.
(While I was writing, I was wondering about my companion, being an energy body, being able to enjoy a croissant? Adrial explained: “Your companion can enjoy through you and through tasting astrally.”)
So I ordered the chocolate-almond croissant, and as I was about to take my plate from the server, I realized I was the last in line. I wasn’t sure I had enough money to pay for all my relatives’ food as well as mine… I went and asked my brother, who was sitting in a booth with his family, “Who shall I tell them will take care of the bill?” My Mom & Dad were nearby, also… my brother said he’d take care of it.
(Adrial says that the currency system in Abi-Qor is still under exploration. There will most likely be a need for one, although the type has not been determined yet. Initially, some people at Abi-Qor will be so new to 4D and 5D that they may forget that fear and a sense of separation (competition) no longer reinforce “survival”, here in our new world.)
(Also as I’m writing I’m wondering at how the setting is so earth-like. I’m told there are at least two reasons: one is for our comfort and familiarity, because our friends and family may not be as fascinated with Star Family environments as we are. Secondly, our Galactic Brethren enjoy hanging out in earth-like settings; it’s novel and delightful for them. In some ways, they experience our world much like tourists, and prefer to experience our environments in much the same way we do.)
Next in the dream, I found myself at my parent’s house. It was decorated in much the same way as theirs now. I went into a sunroom, and noticed something on a tiered glass table that I’d put there to help raise the space’s vibration. It was a long white cylinder… It looked like a roll of goat’s cheese… I was told that it would be explained later. She also had a sofa and another table there, and I was trying to reach the electrical outlet to plug something into… It was quite cramped, and just as I wished there was more room, more room manifested. It was not dramatic, I simply noticed I was able to move the pieces of furniture and then they fit nicely.
In another scene, I was in a sort of classroom or conference setting, and a talk or lesson was just ending. As everyone was breaking out, my companion appeared to me as an attractive human gentleman a few years older than me, whom it seemed I was just then meeting.
(The Crew explained that we do this often with one another, just for the delight of meeting and re-acquainting once again.)
We spoke for a few minutes, and he invited me out to dinner. I accepted, delighted.
Next I found myself at home, getting ready for my date. I had at least one other companion I lived with, an “older” woman… I went into a lovely bathroom that was very bright and radiant and fresh-feeling, to take my shower. It seemed no curtain (veil) was needed. There seemed to be a communication system in the house, which was something like a hybrid between telepathy and an intercom system. No equipment was needed, but one must ask permission to access. Before I went into the shower, my “date” called to ask what I would like for dinner, so he could make reservations (an example of appreciation for ceremony and ritual…). We discussed options for a while… Italian, or a steak, or Asian… We ended the call, and I went to shower.
While I was in the shower, he called again, but this time he appeared (materialized) right there in the bathroom with me! Immediately, my “chaperone” materialized also, standing between the two of us, so my new friend could not see me directly. This was just a courtesy for my comfort and modesty (and because the situation was humorous), and we all laughed as he announced that were going for a nice big steak… For which no animal needed to give its life.
The shower and the chaperone were manifestations of familiar rituals and conventions which play a vital role when we manifest into the physical. In this way, my “chaperone” was also teaching my companion that there are some conventions to be observed as he manifests into physical form. As we ascend into 5D with physical bodies, some of our friends who have no recollection of taking bodies will learn to manifest physically. While we are in 3D/4D, it’s hard for them to recognize how to do this. Once we ascend, they can connect more directly with us, and attune to us, and as they harmonize their frequencies with ours, they can, through resonance, practice and learn to do this. This is how they will manage to appear to us physically in Abi-Qor, and this shows us that way-showing works in more than one direction!
The dream was quite entertaining… However, the waking events that followed the next day held quite a few surprises for me. That very day, I met a gentleman who asked me out to dinner, and we went for Italian instead of steak, but there werea few issues with boundaries! Other things happened that hinted to me that there were some lessons coming my way, and it’s been quite a ride since then.
The energies seem to be conspiring to bring forth information and illustrations that we need so we can process what we’re learning. Adrial tells me that, for some of us, the focus of our dreams is shifting more towards personal lessons than working on ships or meeting others in dream-time. She says that this is because many of us have adequately processed those ship-based instructions (for now), and we’re being given test-runs to see how well we are assimilating the instructions.
This process will proceed in cycles; as we accomplish one round of lessons, then we will shift back to dream-flight focus for more instructions, then move again back into practice mode. Knowing this, we can look at our dreams and gather some idea of our current focus. This also helps us understand that each of us may be in quite different “places” in our practice, so it’s okay if our experiences are not shared as much as they were a few months ago.

Adrial has shared with me that there is a tremendous Galactic Light Show that is preparing to unfold. Please be aware that this will happen gradually, over time, as the power of the Light Show meditation increases (please see meditation guidance below)…
We believe that our Friends’ ships are cloaked… What I learned last night is that we are actually cloaking Gaia, also, and we can now meditate to release this cloakand be able to see our brothers and sisters in the skies!
I’d like to share what I was shown, in preparation for meditations that we can all do between August 16 and August 18, to help our Star Families reveal themselves…

Here is the mediation that Adrial says can help us to release this cloaking grid from Gaia:
1. Please sit under the sky if possible, or near an open window.
2. Please envision Gaia with a 3-dimensional lattice woven through Her many layers and dimensions: Please visualize the light grid as brilliantly shining and pulsing, its energy flowing steadily from point to point and filling Gaia with love, compassion, and connectivity between all life force beings, both inside and outside of Her physical realm.
3. Next please look at Gaia’s 3-dimensional Cloaking Grid, which also penetrates her many layers and dimensions. Please see this Grid as being held by Beings of Light, who are located on Gaia’s surface, on Her Inner Surface, and inside Her Interior Regions (such as Telos and Agartha). Between these Beings of Light, and flowing outwards into the atmosphere, please envision an electromagnetic cloak, appearing like a soft billowing fog, rolling like clouds and covering the view of the multitude of lightships which lovingly surround Gaia and us.
4. Please look into your heart region, and feel the love that Gaia, our Star Families, and WE feel for our beloved companions here on Gaia.
5. Please see yourself as drawing back the curtain of the Cloaking Grid, gradually revealing to all who wish to see, the glorious display of lights and colors that come to us from the countless Light Ships that surround us, high above our atmosphere. Please understand that this revealing will be like a magnificent fireworks display, all around the globe… Like a dance of aurora borealis, flickering and rainbow-colored, and able to be seen from any point on Gaia’s surface.
6. Please feel the joy and excitement that so many will feel when we realize that we may now access at any time, this beautiful Light Show in our heavens. We will soon be able to see our Friends and Loved Ones!

As I walked along the street beneath the trees this afternoon, I enjoyed a beautiful, awe-inspiring glimpse… dancing into 5D…
Huge fluffy cloudships hovered overhead, just beyond the trees… Zeus clapped softly, and puffed just a little (and sounding like a blowing gale…), just brushing and dusting and bowing the top branches… I looked up, waved and smiled…
As I drew my gaze back down towards the road ahead, one of the veils tore in the wind… just a little… just a glimpse… and I saw… and felt… shimmering, stepping into another dimension…
In that place, through that window like a slit opening of a god’s eye, lights flickered and color shimmered… when I glanced only lightly.

Before I continue this post, I make a disclaimer/confession: I don’t have much patience with the kind of presentation of information that I see in the original post.
In fact, I find it so distracting that I often skip messages like these, regardless of the content. That’s what I did when I first saw this post from GLR MICAH, and my dismissive attitude led to quite a conversation between Predrag and myself. I usually keep my “mouth” shut about it. Not this time.
So I’d like to explain.
I’m here to deal with the Light. I’m here to talk about Ascension. I don’t have time – WE don’t have time – to screw around with messages that confuse us. If it doesn’t resonate, I don’t need it. I also tend to distrust anything that’s posted on a site where I pick up adware that eats up 2 hours of my time in removal. It’s not worth it. Anyone who puts that kind of garbage on their site, to try to generate… (actually, I don’t know whatthey’re trying to generate…) is not likely to share my goals and intention. In fact, if I were to name one example of how the “cabal” or “illuminati” (or whatever) have infiltrated our lives, I would cite those insulting internet ads.
Don’t get me wrong… Ads are not inherently bad. In fact, I may find myself adding them to some of my sites, if I get to Colorado and find it a challenge to buy groceries. I choose to trust that things will not come to that.
But some “click-me’s” are nothing more than a trick of hypnotism, preying upon people’s insecurities and weaknesses, offering nothing but another opportunity to click, and give your mind away…
Why would a site of Light endorse such a creepy-crawly, yucky, manipulative technique? To lead us to Ascension?
Think of how much time we can spend on sites that are indiscriminate catch-alls of anything that anyone cares to write. Do we end up giving a read to everything there, because we want to feel like we’re not “limiting” ourselves? Do we hope for some grain of truth in the sandpile?
Do you find that the messages there which dohelp you Lighten your day, are merely re-posts from other (original) sites… And are those original sites perhaps a little less aggressive and intrusive to you?
Please give yourself the benefit of the doubt, and trust our own discernment.
I suggest that as the Moment of Truth approaches (which it does), we continue to heighten our awareness and alertness to the very subtle methods that function to draw our energies downwards.
I’ll use the post in question, to illustrate my point of view.
I’m going to offer you three presentations of this “message” from the “Pleiadians”. I offer little commentary within the text. The first version is the original. In the last version, I’m editing according to “Our” discretion, removing anything that lacks credibility, Light, or relevance.

It is now established and was decided as of earth date, wednesday july 25th, 2012 by the pleiadian high council in alliance with four other galactic councils, under galactic codex guidelines that we the pleiadian family of light will now intervene fully into gaia’s ascension.
Furthermore it has been decided that we will make full contact with earth beings in eight days from this transmission on august 4, 2012 at the world olympic games in london england for the entire world to see! This will be for our introduction as well as our first efforts to work directly with you in the correction and ascension of gaia and to assist with your own ascension.
This galactic intervention has been ordered for the following reasons:
sophia-gaia’s sickness has reached a critical stage and must be cleaned up at once.
The light quotient on earth is not high enough at this stage to affect a mass global ascension let alone to help move an entire planet to the next dimension….

On Wednesday, July 25th, 2012, the Pleiadian High Council met with four other Galactic Councils, and leaders from Gaia. Following the Galactic Codex, we have decided that now is the time to intervene directly in Gaia’s Ascension.
We will make public contact with you on August 4, 2012, at the world Olympic Games in London England, and we will do it in a way that everyone can see! We will introduce ourselves and explain our intentions, goals and plans to work directly with you; This way we can help with both your and Gaia’s Ascension.
We decided that it’s time to intervene because we know that many of you yearn for Ascension, and things seem to have been moving more slowly than anticipated.
We’re delighted with your efforts, which have helped the situation tremendously. Now we’re ready to work directly with you, our brothers and sisters, co-creators, to complete this glorious Ascension that we share!
We look upon you and see ourselves. Our bodies are similar, and our paths have been similar. We are simply further along the road, and are here now to enjoy watching you join us, so that we can, from here, continue together as partners and equals.
We are all individuations of Prime Creator experiencing itself!
Many of Gaia’s Light Beings come from our quadrant, have been here on Gaia for several decades, and have helped tremendously. The light quotient on Gaia has grown to incredible levels over the last two months; please be delighted with what you’ve accomplished, and let’s continue together!
We began Phase 1, two days ago. On the evening (EST) of July 25th, our orbiting Pleiadian fleet opened a Super Portal on Gaia’s Inner Atmosphere. This dimensional doorway is a 5d-to-4d vibrational step-down gate, used to decloak and lower the density of our smaller ships. It also shifts our light-bodies from plasma-light to 3d elemental vibration and earth resonance.
As our main ship from Erra, which is (at times) 4 times the size of Gaia, descended 300 miles down to the base of the inner atmosphere to open this portal, the plasma field around the ship interacted strongly with earth’s magnetic field.
Many of you felt an energetic jolt when our ship touched your inner atmosphere, and some of your personal magnetic fields were grounded out! There were minor reports of ethereal explosions and electrical disurbances, ball lightning, obe’s and translucent matter sightings. Some of you experienced astral travel for nearly an hour… On the other hand, many people hardly noticed anything at all!
We entered Phase 1 to open this Stargate between our dimensions, to grant wider access to all for Ascension. This Phase was a delicate task, and this initial close approach and opening went successfully; we now share an active, open, stable connection with you, and this will allow physical trans-location!
We continue to meet with Gaia’s ambassadors, and refine the details of what may transpire in near future (the next few weeks). All plans are still subject to free will and karma, but as more parties become involved in the cooperative efforts, the number of variables reduces and more accurate predictions emerge.
According to the current plan, our smaller ships will appear above the stadium in London, as our second and most un-mistakable low-fly-over event!
Once this public disclosure occurs, next steps will proceed… You are already familiar with many of the developments that will unfurl, involving the financial, political, and health-care sectors of all nations, and the people affected by them.
We thank those of you who came to Gaia from afar, for your patience, bravery and courage to do this great mission. And we thank those of you who have dwelt within Gaia for – literally – aeons, waiting for this time of fruition. It fills our hearts and all of space with great joy to feel the coming days being ushered in (37) y all of Gaia’s inhabitants.

In case you’re wondering what’s the point in this exercise: I don’t want you to have to deal with 3D any more. Even when it slips into channeled messages. That’s all.
Please look around you, and when you encounter something that is “all the rage”, please ask yourself, “How is this helping me prepare for meeting our Star Families, and moving up to the 5th?” Check to see… is it reallyhelpful, or does it just get you excited? Does what you read and listen to truly hum with a higher vibration, or did it simply push your buttons, and now you’re on the verge of a mild panic attack, feeling quietly desperate to know “the truth”?
It doesn’t matter if you’re not the first to know… You’re not going to get left behind. It doesn’t matter if you’re not totally convinced that every word is gospel… Judgement is a 3D thing.
So please, love yourself, and do yourself a favor… Get a good night’s sleep, turn off the computer half an hour before you go to bed, and as you rest your head on your pillow, ask your Galactic loved ones to guide you, and show you the truth in your dreams. Eventually you will reach a point where you don’t need to read every rumor that’s published… You’ll be dancing in the Light and wondering what all the fuss was about.
I assume that anyone reading this post understands that speech wields great power.
There’s a great practice in carefully pre-phrasing and re-phrasing what we say, because we understand that our words portray, project, and reinforce our intention. We can actually get quite knotted up in this process: the constipation of artificial positivity.
It’s okay. We do have to talk the talk, before we can walk the walk.
Most of us can understand how words have connotations. I just shared a conversation with someone, in which we took turns searching for “the positive way” to say something. And that’s a nice first step. It’s a baby step, and it can turn into steps leading us in circles…
If we use positive terms, and still hold fear, are we being hypocrites?
If we spend a tremendous amount of energy stopping the flow of our thoughts in order to search for the “safe word”, are we honoring the authenticity of our incredibly powerful speech? Are we being honest about where we “are”?
I suggest that spontaneous speech, even when laced with profanity and complaints, is far more genuine than flowery, optimistic words coming from a carefully-arranged “state of mind”.
I suggest that CAUTION, whether in our speech, our actions, or thoughts, indicates FEAR.
I suggest that fear is artificial, and a device which functions to shut us down… totally.
I suggest that fear is totally powerless in itself. You can turn your back on it, enter into bliss, and forget that “F” word even existed.
I won’t even assign blame to anyone for “creating fear”. We create it ourselves, each of us within our own lives.
This is the Ultimate form of Trust: to allow yourself to flow, experience what your guides and life bring you, and learn and forgive and love and transform and blossom and flourish and totally bliss out.
We don’t need to be afraid of negativity. We don’t need to be so afraid of negativity that we have to think long and hard before uttering a single word.
As we develop our sensitivities, telepathy, intuition, etc., we also notice more keenly the true impetus behind words.
Impetus: a moving force; impulse; stimulus; (from dictionary.com)
Please notice the difference between impetus and intention. We can have a wonderful intention, which inspires ourselves and others. The impetus propels that intention into manifestation. The intention may be luminous, and the impetus may still be pretendingto be positive, while our programming, delusions, sanskaras, sub-conscious… whatever you want to call it… still has some cleaning up to do.
So, what do we feel in the gut?
If we still hold anger, fear, lack of love, lack of understanding, lack of wisdom… any of those piddly, annoying, 3D qualities… these ride along when our impetus holds forth.
No matter what words we use.
Others can sense it. They might search for the words to describe it, and scratch their heads, knowing that something seems out of kilter.
What if, instead of carefully choosing our words for the “right” impact, we just speak from our hearts, free from concern about how others respond?
I suggest that “others” (who are, after all, reflections of our selves), will innately sense our honesty, and find it endearing, no matter how abrasive the word choice may be.
Somewhere in there is a middle road, where we both acknowledge and honor completely where we are IN THIS MOMENT, and also hold the wish to develop the IMPETUS that will carry us where we want to go. And while traveling to that destination (5D), we pass through the Fourth Dimension, the Dimension of Unconditional Love.
Unconditional Love is Acceptance. Of everything. And understanding Emptiness helps us to appreciate Acceptance.
So, if we feel we still hold some grudges or smudges or little pangs of anything that might be holding us down into 3D, it might prove worthwhile for us to spend a little time building up our Love Trust. It’s worth finding: it swirls around in the blissful ocean of Emptiness, that embraces ALL of 3D… even the bankers and pharmaceutical companies and military…
And in the meantime, I say let’s relax and enjoy our progress, and loosen up that positive constipation. Just speak from your heart. This is the most honest gift you can give to others in this time of transcendental change. And that honesty radiates love.
And when you’re listening, listen with that same blissful spontaneity. Judging is sooooo 3D!
Words wield power, yes, but SPEECH carries much more than mere “words”. Speech incorporates all your impetus, guts, love, and fear… and lays it out bare for all to see.
That is a gift of trust, and a gift that carries us into Love, into the Fourth Dimension, and creates a shortcut to the Fifth.

I sent this image to Mark Kimmel during the week, and he has requested more detailed images, and renderings to be shared during the Transformation 2012 Conference in Pagosa Springs, Colorado (August 16-18, 2012).
I’m thrilled to see that each time I “check in”, I’m given more pieces of this exquisitely beautiful place that we are all manifesting… What we see here is jsut a small part of the entire complex. Currently, Abi-Qor exists primarily in 5D… But as we visualize and believe and lend our wishes and energy towards manifestation, She becomes more and more real…
The view is taken as if looking down onto Abi-Qor from a mountain road above.
In the center of the view is a pool, which holds space for a vortex that interweaves space and time. The surface of the pool is where Athabantian lands/connects, and from there, we may go to any part of the Universe we wish.
There is a deep vortex within the pool, which extends to Inner Earth…
The green and gray crystalline buildings to the left house more public and institutional components…
The lower wings that you see beyond the pool contain visitors’ quarters as well as compact, attached housing.
The part that looks like a crystalline fish head poking up behind the lower wings has a function that is somehow related to gardening and cultivating… I feel that we grow plants and crystals there, and go there just to sit and relax and enjoy…
To the right of these lower wings, you may see the fields and orchards and terraced gardens extending into the landscape…
To the right of this opening are smaller, individual homes…
Inside the golden-pink-orange wavy shell-shaped buildings you may find the healing and rejuvenation facilities… Just beyond this shimmering pearlescent screen wall is another, more crystalline, part of the “city”. More details on this area will come soon.

I’d like to share a little about Mark Kimmel, the Institute Of Light, Athabantian, Abi-Qor, and Athabanthos…
Mark is, you might say, our Dad, or at least a great inspiration and instigator to what we’re all doing right now…
He’s the original Athabantian connection here on Gaia, and has been in touch with the Crew for many years. He introduced me to Adrial, and it was through him that I interviewed with Adrial, and She asked me to get this ball rolling.
We don’t hear from Mark much, but I feel (and Adrial confirms) that he is connected with us all telepathically. He also has a particularly strong connection with Bren-Ton (I believe they are the same continuum), so those of you who feel a strong connection with Bren-Ton will probably deeply enjoy reading his messages on Cosmic Paradigm.
For several years, Mark has been posting Athabantian Crew messages there. There is a page for messages from the Crew, including Adrial, Bren-Ton, Ro-Tan, Justine, Moraine, and I’m sure I’m forgetting others.
There is also a page called Mark’s Corner, where he shares his personal insights and observations about Athabantian and Abi-Qor related items.
You may also purchase and download an e-book of the earlier messages – it is well worth the $3.95!
You may not have heard much about the Cosmic Paradigm site, because it’s mostly informational, and there isn’t any commenting going on.
(This seems to be mirrored in how Up2the5th is evolving into an info resource for Athabantian Crew, whereas Spirit Train Chronicles is where the Athabantian Crew gather, and 2012 Indy Info is where the Aurora Crew gather, for sharing and discussion…)
I gather that Mark’s role is to provide local focus in the Pagosa Springs area (which include Abi-Qor and Athabanthos!) The significance of this is explained in more detail on the CP site.
Mark formed the non-profit Institute of Light, and anchors it in this world, and with IOL, is helping clear the way for our Ascension.
Abi-Qor is a 5D version of the Institute, but it is also much more than that. It is in the planning stages right now, and I have seen it in dreams. It is vast and beautiful, like a radiant jewel, and it is a place where we may all reside, if we so choose, once we have completely ascended into 5D.
Adrial tells me that Abi-Qor is the reason I was led into a career in architecture. Mark has asked me, “Maybe give a little thought as to what Abi-Qor looks like”, in preparation for the Transformation 2012 Conference in August.
When I interviewed with Adrial, “she” (Adrial usually appears to me as a “she”… but, as a 9D being, Adry can take on any form Adry likes…) immediately gave me an assignment:
“Focus on gathering those who are ready for Ascension to 5D, and give them the tools they need to complete this process. Simply share what you already know. Remember who you are, and why you are here, and understand that you already have everything you need, within you. Share this with others. Your task is not to attract new people (that will be handled by others), but to work with those who are already very close to Ascension.
Adrial asked me if I understood the assignment. She also explained that I would seldom need to ask questions of Adrial or Mark, but that Adrial would be available for nudges. As She shared this with me, I received quite an instantaneous download of what was to be done, and I did understand.
It felt a little like being pushed out of the nest, but that’s how we learn to fly, eh?
So, back to our work together…
As I understand it, Abi-Qor already exists in 5D. We might say it is in Inner Earth, more or less underneath Pagosa Springs. One of my jobs is to “see” it and portray it to others. The more it appears in our minds, the more quickly it will manifest for all of us.
I think/hope that some of our recent experiences help to illustrate how this process works. Just think: Only 6 weeks ago, few of us had even heard of Athabantian. Look what has manifested within those 6 weeks!
Our minds are that powerful. We create and build as a team. We have worked together before. This is more a reunion than a recruitment. We know what to do. As Adrial says, now is our turn to set the example of “Walking Tall” in the face of dramatic change.
(Athabanthos is a region or city of Inner Gaia, which hosts Abi-Qor; Adrial told me about Athabanthos, and I do not recall reading about it elsewhere – yet…)
This all sort of blows my mind. I still have my moments of closing my eyes, crossing my fingers, holding my breath, and hoping this is all “for real”, but I think it’s safe to say that this “thing” really does seem to be drawing into manifestation as the days go by.
With the amazing Crews who are arising, I see more and more how “real” this project of Ascending to 5D is! It’s getting easier and easier to believe…
The conference is a wonderful chance to gather and meet Mark and many others… I have a hunch we will also talk about Abi-Qor…
I hope to see you all there, through one vehicle or another… I know that if we are meant to be there, we will find our way. I also know that that we may be “there” without being physically present.
